We mainly do customization work. After the order come, we prepare correct materials and put it on our production. All the process of your order is under control.

Thermal Paper Product
Some of them are cash register paper roll, thermal sticker, thermal card, anti-water/oil/PVC thermal paper, etc.
We accept most types of payment channels, such as Bank Transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance Order, Western Union, etc.
For customization order, 50% prepayment for production, the balance 50% is paid before the delivery.
For Stock order, 100% payment in advance.
12-20 days usually. It also depends on the specification.
We share the same goal that the product should be correct. So the sample is necessary for our both confirmation.
We have designers in our factory and they mainly work on the design file adjustment for printing/production.
If the design is simple, we can offer support.
If the design is complicated, we recommend you use your local designer or yourself. You know the design the best, so the communication between you and your local designer will be easier. We will offer complete requirements of the design.

Yes we will have discount in the month of March and September.
